Kalim Nguyen carried Kalim Coffee through more than 25 countries. Wherever the journey led, he brewed by hand and passed a cup to the people he met with an open, easy smile. The cup became an invitation to pause, talk and feel welcome, wherever in the world they happened to be.
That simple ritual became a bigger dream: grow Kalim Coffee into a coffeehouse brand with locations across Canada. And one day, the world. Thoughtful hospitality and useful technology can carry the warmth of that first cup into every new community. From bean to big dream is a reminder that one small beginning can travel a long way when people share it.

Phase 1 complete · The digital foundation
We built the technology behind the coffee shop. KalimPOS, Kalims, KalimStaffs and Investors now form a working ecosystem, running on iPhone and connected through shared business data.
The apps are ready for the next chapter. We are now seeking funding and the right location to build our first coffee shop.
BUILT & RUNNING · PREPARING FOR PUBLIC APP RELEASEOrders, menu, inventory, customers, rewards and the team—connected in one operating system. A confirmed customer order enters the same workflow as an order at the counter.
Explore the menu, customize a drink, order by voice and follow its progress. Membership, Drops and downloadable receipts stay with the customer account.
A dedicated workspace for the team: clock-in and clock-out, schedules, training, certificates and pay. Approved accounts connect to the same team records managed in KalimPOS.
A focused view of revenue, costs and financial reporting for authorized investors. Store and date filters help turn shared operating data into a clearer view of the business.

The next chapter
Four connected apps and working voice ordering. The digital foundation is built.
Secure opening capital, select the right site and build a coffee shop designed around hospitality and a connected operation.
Develop robotic service after the first business is established and dedicated funding is secured. Robotic preparation remains a future phase.
We are seeking the right location for our first Kalim coffee shop. Public opening and pickup details will be announced when the site is ready.

Today, Kalims sends each guest order into KalimPOS, where staff can review, confirm and prepare it alongside in-store orders. The order-to-preparation workflow is running. Our next step is a funded, purpose-built first location.
